1. Eligibility for Price Matching

We will match the price if:

  • The product is identical in brand, model, and specifications.
  • The competing price is from an authorised UK retailer (online or in-store).
  • The total price, including shipping and taxes, is lower than ours.
  • The product is in stock and available for immediate delivery from the competitor.

2. How to Request a Price Match

  1. Contact us at Support@Pullkings.shop or via live chat before placing your order.
  2. Provide:
    • The product link or official advertisement showing the competitor’s price.
    • Proof that the item is in stock at the competitor’s store.
  3. Once verified, we will provide you with a discount code or adjust the price so you can complete your purchase at the matched price.

3. Exclusions

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:

  • Auction sites (eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
  • Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
  • Pricing errors by competitors.
  • Bundled offers or promotional gift items.
  • Used, refurbished, or open-box products.

4. After Purchase Price Match

  • If you purchase an item from us and find a lower price from an eligible retailer within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
